The Nagaland Strongest and Fittest Association is all set to hold 2nd Hornbill International Strongest and Fittest Man Competition as part of Hornbill Festival of Nagaland on December 7 at Amphitheatre Naga Heritage Village Kisama.
The event is sponsored by the tourism department.
The champion in the strongest man category will pocket a cash prize of Rs. 50,000 while runner-up will receive Rs. 20,000.
Champion and runner- up of fittest man category will also be awarded with Rs. 50,000 and Rs. 20,000 respectively.
Events for strongest man category will include; squat life, farmers walk, power stairs, loading race, Naga stone and dead lift. For Fittest man category, it will be marked by snatch, clean & jerk, burpees, one leg squat, dead lift, push up, free squat and box jumping.
Forms will be available at all local Gyms in Dimapur, Kohima, Mokokchung and Pfutsero.
