How our Ministers are playing with our mind to delay implementation of 7th ROP

Good news, the 7th pay commission had been finally implemented in principle (2017- 2018) but sadly not in deeds. What’s holding our politician back from implementing it? In other states of India the 7th ROP has been implemented in deeds already, although they are also corrupt politician but still a little bit of humanity exist in them as human being and concern for their people and maybe they realized the moral responsibility and that motivate them to implement it.

What about our Christian politician is there any humanity left in you, don’t you understand what moral responsibility is, being a Christian politician? Yes, it had been said and release in the press by the present Chief Minister and has acolytes, stating that “to implement the 7th pay commission will be a staggering task and will take time, because of the excessive backdoor appointment.”

We are human not angel/angels, that includes our elected officials and all the departmental Heads too. This corrupt practice of backdoor appointment is not only incarcerated within Nagaland, It’s over all the states of India. The latest survey related to the most corrupted country in Asia, guess what? India comes first in the list! Vietnam comes second. It’s the fact. Back Door appointment, taking bribes for a job is nothing new, it is going on in all the states of India but they have managed to implement without raising any eyebrow from any corner, the 7th ROP.

Now that we know the status of other state related to implementation of the 7th ROP, question is; what ails our elected official? Instead of implementing it, why are they holding fast unto it, as if their dear life depends on it or their fate and the very survival of DAN Government depends upon it! I did some digging and come out withtwo serious reasons; the first reason; the men in power are rendered powerless to implement the 7th ROP, because they (DAN Govt.) screwed up big time.

There are two kinds of backdoor appointment: (I) Back Door Appointment against vacancies. (ii) Back Door Appointment, not against vacancies undeniably almost in all the different Departments, in doing so you (Ministers) have breach the maximum level and now covertly expose. Your corrupted brains were doing so without even remotely thinking about the consequences, or you knew the consequences but still acted upon it, undoubtedly to achieve whatever selfish political agenda you are trying to achieved.

There are also another group of employees, usually appointed by the Heads of the Department, if I am not mistaken, they were called as ghost employees, I heard about these malpractices when I was a kid.The second reason is that, those back door appointees are appointed as regular Govt. servants even though they are appointed against the vacancies or not against any vacancies. The irony of this back door appointment, (not against the vacancies) comes with a cost. It’s a crime, can even forcefully relinquish you from your job and even served some time in Jail too, as such, it mustn’t be exposed.

These clandestine affairs, the central Govt. they are aware of it but only in principle, fortunate or should I say good news for those persons in power. Now what’s coming next is worst; the central Government will never support any ghost (appointed not against vacancies) employees financially or in any manner not now not ever.

Therefore, the state Government has to intervene and take stock of the situation. Red Alert, we are not talking about just one individual but more, couldbe ten, hundred, thousand, etc. we are not sure. Now they are counted as legal Govt. servants and there is no way they can be sideline, excluded or denied from the preview of the 7th pay commission.

Till now Hindi Teachers in particular and including other Teacher appointed under the Central Govt. schemes are yet to receive their salary of more than three to four months!  Ministers, you guys have managed to screw up big this time. You have approximately 35 to 45 days of working hours, since the month of April is just around the corner, so rivet it up, before it turns ugly. Besides, honesty is the best policy, so instead of playing mind game with the Govt. servant by leaking paradoxical information’s intentionally in order to buy more times to brainstorm and to come out with a solution for implementing the 7th ROP, Why not be transparent and kept those Govt. servants mind at ease? Spreading cheap propaganda only degrades the values of DAN Govt. including the different Departmental Heads.

As the saying goes, “for every action there is a reaction.” Your (DAD Govt.) action (Backdoor appointment not against the vacancies) has put all, even genuinely appointed Govt. servants in a state of utter disappointment. Against this backdrop there is another to be worried about, by any means the 7th ROP has to be implement before the financial month, if not, the state Govt. and all the Govt. servant will suffer great lost. Financial setback will definitely transpire, the people in power knows what I am talking about. The situation is gargantuan for the Govt. Now the state Govt. has to take care of those appointees for some few months or years from the state coffer, but unfortunately the State Govt. Coffer always remains empty for reasons best known to our elected Ministers.

Bad news for those new appointees and sad news for those who are on the verge of getting pension, if the 7thpay commission is not implemented on time then it’s regrettable in ways cannot imagine. Our Ministers, they don’t care nor sympathized with the citizens. They believed money can buy everything, including the TRUST of the citizens. Our Ministers are too selfish, they only love themselves, cash and of course, the open secret which was spread in social media, that’s it...and the rest be dammed.

Our Ministers are so smartly dumb or too discreet, that they open the Pandora Box (backdoor appointment not against vacancies) without thinking twice,or maybe after thorough thinking  (to gain political mileage) and now the consequence of their action are reflecting in their defenselessness, entrap to implementthe 7th pay commission. The irony of this complicated situation has put all the all Govt. servants into a state of trance and has already lost their faith and trust on those Ministers who were elected by them/the people, with great hope. All the Govt. servants thinking to basked on the benefit of 7th ROP, has to wait for some time and remember when our Ministers say wait for some time, they mean to say wait for a year or even two years etc. Therefore, do not get too excited, if you do then you will be sorely disappointed.

I should recommend the Govt. servants to pressurize the concern Minister or the councils of minister. They certainly are good at begging from central Govt. and they will definitely come out with a bogus valid reason which the central Govt. cannot deny but rather will be happy to extent financial assistance for a project might be, but we all know the fund will be diverted to pay the pending salaries of those teachers appointed on central scheme.

It’s embarrassing for all the Nagas because when the State coffer is empty, the Chief Minister and his acolytes have to approach the Central Govt. for financial assistant by selling the Nagas and many unthinkable ways. Remember only a corrupt mind can come out with corrupt reasons. So let their corrupted mind do the workings and you just watch it from a safe distance. Our minister will surely find a genius valid corrupt reasons to manipulate the central Govt. for financial assistant for implement the 7th ROP.
