HRMIS for DoHE & govt colleges launched

Kohima, August 2 (MExN): The Directorate of Higher Education (DoHE) under the guidance and supervision of Dr I Anungla Aier, Director, Higher Education launched a comprehensive Human Resource Management Information System (HRMIS) for the Directorate of Higher Education and government colleges on July 31.

The Director, Higher Education in a press release said that HRMIS system is envisaged to create a detailed, comprehensive digital Database Departmental Employee Information which can be accessed online through the Department’s Official portalhttps://highereducation.nagaland.gov.in. This system will act as the master record of all employees under the Directorate of Higher Education and Government Colleges for both teaching and non-teaching staff.

The HRMIS System will provide benefits like Single Repository for Departmental HR Information, Customized Dashboards for Department and Colleges, one-click report generation, 24x7 easy access from remote locations etc. The HRMIS System will empower the Department in faster, transparent, efficient HR Management and enable online interactions with the Department.
