Nagaland Football Coaches Association (NFCA) President Roko Angami on Saturday graced the sports meet 2022 of High School Women Organization (HSWO) of Ward-1, Kohima.
Speaking on the occasion at Indira Gandhi Stadium, Roko said that this sports event is not a qualification platform for representing the ward, district or state to higher level but to bring the people closer through sports.
He lauded HSWO for initiating such an event to build better understating and unity among the women folk under Ward-1 of Kohima municipality. Stating that a mother's sacrifice is priceless, he said that everything has different levels of intelligence and status but the love and blessings from a mother contributes to progressive society.
Ward No I is the largest ward under Kohima municipality. It consists of 7 colonies- Rokabozou, Sepfuzou, Themezie, Peraciezie, Perizie, Zienuobadze and Khikha - Rüliezou
Atuolie Mepfhuo, Chairman, High School Panchayat Ward-1 shared greetings while Visetuo Chiipuo presented a special number. The programme was chaired by HSWO President, Anhieü Solo.
Earlier, welcome address was delivered by HSWO Advisor Vikepeü Yaotsu while vote of thanks was proposed by Lhouzotuoü.
