
Dimapur, June 4 (MExN): The Indian Audit and Accounts Department (IA&AD), Kohima has informed all retired state government officers/officials that pension and GPF final payment cases settled for the month of February, March, 2020 with date of dispatch/date of handing over to nodal officers of concerned department have been uploaded on office of PAG (A&E) Nagaland website.
A press release from information system cell on June 2 informed that pensioners may log in to the office website www.agnagaland.gov.in and click the felicitation and pension or GPF felicitation.
Grievance redressal and feedback committee formed
Meanwhile, the IA&AD also informed that a ‘grievance redressal and feedback committee for entitlement function’ has been constituted with the following members:
Joseph K A, Sr. Accounts officer (9436216580, agaenagaland@cag.gov.in) for pension related matters; Arup Roy, Sr. Accounts officer (9436601437, agaenagaland@cag.gov.in) for gazetted entitlement related matters and Akum Chuba, Sr. Accounts officer (9436005112, agaenagaland@cag.gov.in) for GPF related matters.
Aggrieved pensioners or government officials facing genuine problems with regard to settlement of any entitlement benefits have been requested to write directly to Uttam Chanda, Deputy Accountant General (A&E) via email at chanda@cah.gov.in or agaenagaland@cag.gov.in or through a handwritten letter. One may also contact grievance redressal and feedback committee.
Further, all heads of the departments have been requested to forward pension cases after MACP are granted wherever applicable, in order to avoid the inconveniences of revising the pension again at the later stage.
