Kohima, January 29 (MExN): A community capacity building under Integrated Catchment Area Treatment (ICAT) for upper Sidzü was held on January 25 at Community Hall, Sakhabama. About 50 delegates, including the 16 village representatives under the project, attended the programme. Keynote address was delivered by Viliehu Nguzhu, Joint Director and Sectoral Incharge ICAT and PowerPoint presentation was given by Ruokuosietuo, SDO (SC).
