
Dimapur, March 22 (MExN): The Annual Sports Week of ICFAI University Nagaland (IUN) kicked off at the IUN Campus in Sovima with Jt. Registrar Khrieketou Kuotsu as the special guest. In the inaugural programme, Kuotsu stressed on the benefits of games and sports opining that it offers both physical and mental benefits. He also encouraged the students to participation in true spirit of gamesmanship adding that there should not be overemphasis on winning. Students of the university have been divided into four groups viz., Black Panthers (Blue House), Raccon (Red House), Artic Wolves (Green House) and Vicious Vipers (Yellow House). The three-day Sport week will culminate at Sovima Village ground on March 24, a press release from the university’s Sports Officer Neisal Theyo informed.
