
Kohima, May 13 (MExN): Project Digital Design and 3D Printing Center of Excellence in the Electronic Manufacturing Cluster (EMC) in collaboration with other Government Agencies (3dpcoe.in) which is being implemented by AMTRON under guidance of North Eastern Council, MDoNER, Government of India.
This is a flagship Industry 4.0 initiative for the benefit of various stakeholders in NER and the details of the project can be viewed on the website 3dpcoe.in, stated a DIPR report.
Under this project, an Ideation Hackathon for students will be held in Naga Hospital Authority, Kohima on June 18. This event is open to all students, be it High School, Design School, Engineering, Medical, Dental College students.
The last date of last date for submission in June 11; screening of received applications by local committee is on June 14; and information to shortlisted candidates to prepare for presenting by email and WhatsApp will be done on June 16.
Any interested applicant can apply by registering on the project website 3dpcoe.in. This is open to all students from across Mizoram and not only the Host Institution.
Further, it is also stated that the shortlisted teams duly mentored shall complete with teams from outside of Nagaland for the final hackathon to be held in Tech City, Guwahati in August 2024. There shall be 5 winning teams and each winning team shall be given cash prizes and other incentives amounting to Rs 50 lakh per team.
