Dimapur, October 23 (MExN): All the Pensioners/Family Pensioners under Dimapur district has been informed to obtain their Identity Card-D from the Nagaland Pensioners’ Association Dimapur (NPAD) for Drawal of Pensions and Life Certificate from Treasury or Banks.
NPAD president SK Kenye in a press release informed that “possession of identity card-D will be compulsory, without which the pension Disbursing Authority, Treasury/Banks shall refuse payments of pension.” It is mandatory for all the Pensioners/Family Pensioners to posses the Identity Card-D as per the standing Government of Nagaland order. “This is considered necessary so as to avoid release of bogus and irregular pension payment,” Kenye added.
The Senior Treasury officer, Dimapur and concerned Banks are requested to insist the identity Card-D for release of the monthly pension and also issuing the Life Certificate etc.
