IDSP Phek conducted block level refresher training on the use of Integrated Health Information Platform.
Phek, May 30 (MExN): The Integrated Disease Surveillance Program (IDSP) Phek conducted block level refresher training on the use of Integrated Health Information Platform (IHIP) for effective reporting under IDSP by all the reporting Health Units. The trainers comprised of ANM & GNM were re-oriented on how to entry data in S form using mobile App, P form and in L form, stated a press release received here.
The resource persons were Dr Shevo Hiese District Surveillance Officer, Dr Limatoshi Epidemiologist and Kedupa Venuh Data Manager. The resource persons highlighted that IDSP Reporting is a Real Time Data reporting along through mobile application and Web Portal accessible from all levels of Health Unit. Surveillance System for epidemic prone diseases is to detect the early warning signals so that timely and effective public health actions can be initiated in response to health challenges in the District.
Dr Shevo elaborated on the Case Definition in P Form on Measles, Diphtheria, Dengue fever etc. While Dr Limatoshi has shared the 6 types of Diseases such as Ebola, Nipah virus,y ellow fever, west Nile Fever & MERS/COV/SARS Cov.
To entry data efficiently in L Form, P Form & S form were oriented by Kedupa Data Manager.The over all training schedules were managed by Zhovesulu DEO and BPMs.
