The entire world as we all know is going through different levels of fear and anxiety. And all this is because we are facing the deadly epidemic “CORONAVIRUS” COVID-19, which is said to be the biggest challenge after the World War II. Till recently we were not aware of what it is, but today we are all directly or indirectly effected by this horrible disease. Countries are in shut-down, boarders closed, many part of the globe the travel ban have been placed against travelers. Schools, Colleges and Universities are closed. Offices, business establishments’ shudders are down; public gatherings and meetings are banned, visiting temples and worship services are restricted. This really makes our live standstill, which makes our daily life more difficult.
The Church of God, and all the believers; this is the right time for us to be united in prayer. The word of God said in 2 Chronicles 7:14 “If My people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven and will forgive their sins and will heal their land.” This is really a Commitment from the Lord our God; He said “I will hear from heaven and forgive their sins, and heal their land.” As He did in the days of Elisha, he took a bowl of salt and threw it in the bitter waters, and the Bible said, the entire water turns into sweet water. Let us all realized that our God is always in the business of healing land.
This is not a time to be panic and afraid, but it is time for you and I to rise to pray, not just for ourselves, but also for the people of the entire world. May I call upon all my dear believers to unit in one accord and seek the face of God for the healing of our land. The International Evangelistic Fellowship (IEF) humbly appeals to all its members near and far and well wishers to joint in prayer and Fasting on 25th of March 2020. Let us earnestly seek the face of God and see what He will do for His people, as the word of God said in Exodus 14:13 “Do not be afraid. Stand firm and you will see the deliverance the Lord will bring you today. The Egyptians you see today you will never see again.” Let us pray and wait upon the Lord’s mighty hand over the deadly CORONAVIRUS. Jehovah Rapha; The God who Heals.
