Impact 5000 by 18 campaign reaches Wokha

Wokha, August 22 (MExN): As part of its Impact 5000 by 18 campaign, YouthNet is organizing a two-day programme on entrepreneurship, career guidance, recruitment drive and clean election campaign in Wokha, the third district to be visited.   On the first day (August 22), the programme was held at GHSS Wokha auditorium with Mhomo Tungoe, SDO (C) Wokha as the Special Guest. Around 800 students from GHSS, Grace School, Libemo Memorial School, Mt. Tiyi College and Bailey Baptist College attended the program.  

Lezo Putsure, Director; John Meyase, Chief Analyst; Nune Chase, Head Trainer; and Ebibeni Humtsoe, Recruiting Lead of YouthNet educated the students.  

A special session was held in a separate room for the degree students of Bailey Baptist College and Mt. Tiyi College students. After the students’ session, Ebibeni Humtsoe also had a session for youth who have completed their studies and hunting for jobs.

On August 23, the programme will be held at DBHSS Youth Center at 10:00 am, where the following schools will participate - DBHS School, Brighter (AG) School, Bethel School, Gilgal School and Mt. Carmel School. For the entrepreneurs, a session will be held at LTC Hall, Wokha, which will be graced by Teiso Meruja, Branch Manager, ICICI Bank, Wokha as the special guest.
