Student Nurses’ Association School of Nursing District Hospital Dimapur Unit held a candle light vigil on February 27 evening to express solidarity following the assaulted case of second year GNM student at District Hospital Dimapur. The student nurses’ gathered in large numbers to show solidarity to the victim and also carried banners demanding justice for the victim. “This event serves as a wake – up call to improve the safety of student nurses and nursing professionals as a whole across the State,” stated a press release issued by School of Nursing District Hospital Dimapur Unit.
