Dimapur, April 9 (MExN): A list of inclusive schools and NGOs in Kohima district has been issued by Dr. Joyce Angami, Secretary of Network for People with Disability Kohima (NPDK). Dr. Joyce in a press release informed that NPDK was formed as an outcome of the consultative meetings with various related government departments on ‘Main Streaming Disability in the State’. The aim of the NPDK is to be 'the voice for the voiceless,’ and to address specific needs and issues of disability, she stated. Invitation has been extended to all institutions and organizations working with disability to get registered with the network. NPDK networks with inclusive schools and organizations working with differently abled people in Kohima, the release added.
