
The Putul Parampara- India Puppetry festival will conclude on February 29 at the State Academy Hall, Kohima.
The festival was formally inaugurated by Nagaland’s tourism and art & culture advisor H. Khehovi Yeputhomi on February 25 last.
The event for the last day, starting at 11:00 AM, will be marked by contemporary puppet theatre from Uttar Pradesh, Traditional String Puppet Theatre West Bengal and Traditional Shadow Puppet Theatre, Tamil Nadu.
This festival was organized b Sangeet Natak Academi, New Delhi, National Academy of Music, Dance and Drama in association with Department of Art & Culture, Nagaland.
