An Inquiry Committee on construction of 2-lane road from Golaghat gate to Zion Hostel Junction has been constituted.
Nagaland’s deputy chief minister Y Patton said this on the floor of the House while making a statement in fulfillment of the assurance given on the floor of the House on February 10 in reply to supplementary question raised by MLA Moatoshi Longkumer regarding construction of roads from Golaghat gate to Zion Hospital junction.
The Committee will be headed by Rovilatuo Mor, commissioner and secretary for work and housing as chairman, Er Limadongdang, engineer in chief PWD as member and Er. I Tiameren, superintendent of Engineer-II (NH) as member secretary.
The committee will conduct physical inspection and submit the report on the status of the work progress.
The committee will also find out whether the work items executed are in conformity with the technical specification as per sanction including the quality of work.
The committee shall submit its detail reports within 15 days from issue of the notification.
