Peren, June 26 (MExN): ADC Peren and Administrator, Peren Town Council (PTC) Keyirangding Hegui, in a regulation notice has informed that inspection and surprise visit would be carried out from time to time regarding rates weighing scale, wellness, and hygiene of products by the Peren Town Council.
It was informed that during the time of inspection if any unfair practices and unhealthy products are found and found violating the norms shall result in cancellation of trades license/Permits.
The ADC Peren said that waste should be properly disposed of as per instruction given by the authority. It further informed that all meat items shall be sold at the designated places without compromising on the cleanliness of the adjoining area it was also said that the above-mentioned items shall be sold by the permit holders at the designated area by using the digital weighing scale only. “The defaulters would be imposed fines and action will be initiated as per the rules,” it stated.
The notice also stated that inspection of animals will be undertaken by the concerned Department of Veterinary & Animal Husbandry officially delegated by the PTC before the slaughtering to ensure that the animals are healthy and fit for human consumption.
