Dimapur, May 25 (MExN): Instudia, in collaboration with Assisi Higher Secondary School, Dimapur, organised a seminar on artificial intelligence (AI) integration in education on May 23, bringing together educators and students to explore the future of technology-driven learning.

The seminar focused on equipping participants with the mindset and tools required to navigate the AI revolution responsibly and effectively.

Speaking at the event, Daniel Changkija, director of Instudia, stressed the importance of early adaptation and digital literacy in the rapidly evolving technological landscape.

He said AI was no longer a futuristic concept but a present-day reality that, if leveraged properly, could help bridge educational gaps and provide students with global opportunities even from smaller regions like Dimapur.

The technical and interactive sessions were led by resource person Vishal Bardewa, who shared insights into the practical applications of AI in education.

Bardewa demonstrated how AI tools could be used to automate repetitive tasks, create personalised study plans and foster critical thinking among students.

He emphasised that AI should not replace human intelligence or creativity, but instead function as a catalyst to improve comprehension and retention.

The seminar concluded with an interactive question-and-answer session during which students and faculty discussed issues relating to the ethical implications of AI, data privacy and the future of careers in a technology-driven world.

The management of Assisi Higher Secondary School expressed gratitude to the Instudia team for organising the seminar and said such initiatives were essential in preparing students for the demands of the 21st-century workforce.
