Head of offices asked to perform duties sincerely
Wokha, June 25 (DIPR): The inter-departmental co-ordination meeting of all Head of Offices under Sanis, Sungro, Aitepyong and Lotsu Administrative headquarters under Sanis sub-division, Wokha was held on June 22 at Sanis SDO (C) office. The meeting, chaired by SDO (C) Sanis, Nchumbemo, started with an introductory speech by EAC Aitepyong, Er. Imliakum Sanglir.
The SDO(C) Sanis impressed upon all the head of offices of various departments to be present in station and perform their assigned duties sincerely for upliftment of the community. Lamenting that some offices/ departments are found to be not functioning properly in the sub- division, he apprised the concerned officers in charge to address the problems and activate them in order to function efficiently.
Various problems and issues faced by the departments were also highlighted by officials who attended the meeting.
The meeting also resolved to organise mass social work with the participation of all departments and public to repair the roads under Sanis HQ on July 16. Another decision made was to have another inter-departmental meeting cum sports meet with the participation of all departments on November 5.
The meeting ended with vote of thanks proposed by EAC Lotsu, Wanmei C. Phom.
