International University, Nagaland, and NEISWR inked a pact to promote mutual cooperation in academics, research and extension activities.
Chümoukedima, October 8 (MExN): The International University, Nagaland, and the North East Institute of Social Work & Research (NEISWR) in Chümoukedima have inked a pact to promote mutual cooperation in academics, research and extension activities.
The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed by Dr Roobam Bachhil, Registrar and Prof Zavise Rume, Director representing the International University and Dr Fr Anto and Fr Khing, Vice Principal representing the NEISWR, a varsity statement said.
The MoU aims to provide opportunities for students, faculty and researchers to engage in collaborative initiatives so as to contribute to the educational and socio-economic development of Nagaland, it said.
Both the parties agreed to work together to promote academic programmes, student exchange programmes, holistic growth and community services, the statement added.
The MoU was signed in the presence of Prof DK Shukla, Vice Chancellor, International University.
