Kohima | May 9 : Several students today turned up at the walk-in interview here at the Hotel Japfu for a six months training programme on hair stylists, nail art make-up artists, spa therapist and beauty therapist. This programme, a 100% guaranteed job is the initiative of the Government of Nagaland in alliance with Lambency continuously for the 3rd year.
The interview will go on till May 10 in Kohima from 10:00 AM to 5:00 pm. Similar interview would also take place at Hotel Saramati, Dimapur on May 11 and 12. Source said all 100 students applying under this scheme will be trained at Floriana Group’s state of art and world biggest “Lambency Chrysalis Academy of Beauty, Hair and Spa” at Noida. This academy will offer world class training and an International Diploma of HABIA (UK) on successful completion of training with certification acknowledged world over, one can settle as an independent entrepreneur.
The course free stands at Rs. 1,10,000 of which the cost of Rs. 27,500 will be borne by the students while Rs. 82,000 will be borne by the state government. Training will start from the first week of June this year at Noida (Delhi, NCR). Selected candidate will have to deposit Rs. 7,500 as registration fee after selection and balance of Rs. 20,000 in 2 installments.
