Intex Technologies, one of India’s leading independently held companies with strong presence in Consumer Electronics, Consumer Durables, Mobile Phones, IT and Mobile Accessories, has opened its 1st exclusive retail store –Intex Smart World in Dimapur at Naga Shopping Arcade, SC-31 near Town Hall, Super Market.
The first Intex store in the Nagaland is named Intex Nan’s Digital Store and owned by Nungtok Jamir. Speaking at the launching programme, Deputy Manager, Intex, Kapil Pursora informed that Dimapur was its third store in the northeast after Dibrugharh and Guwahati. He said the company would soon be opening its stores in Imphal and Kohima.
Kapil also informed that there was a huge gap in the luxury market between high and premium segments and the lower segments. However, he said that Intex offers same quality as other companies at a reasonable rate thus making its products affordable for middle class families.
For this reason, he said, Intex has huge potential in Nagaland and across the country. He also said that for the LED TVs, the brand offers 3 years warranty as against 1 year warranty provided by other companies.
Intex has 125 stores and more than 1600 service centres across the country, he informed adding, servicing its products would not a problem for the customers.
The stores, among others, offer android smartphones, ACs, LED TVs, speakers, washing machines, refrigerators, IT accessories and others has launched its first store in Dimapur at Naga Shopping Arcade, SC-31 near Town Hall.
Proprietor of the store, Nungtok Jamir thanked the well wishers and the company for their support.
Earlier, Rev. Dr. Robert Singh, Pastor of Baptist Worship Centre, Rio Colony, Dimapur invoked God’s blessings during the launching programme.
Meanwhile, the company also announced the opening of the store on its official Twitter account (@IntexBrand) on October 29. “Happy to announce the opening of yet another Intex Smart World (our own branded store) in Dimapur (Nagaland). Now get all Intex products under one roof,” it read.
