Kohima, May 27 (MExN): Deputy Commissioner Kohima, B Henok Buchem, NCS has issued a circular stating that in pursuance of the letter from the Ministry of Women & Child Development, GOI, letter, an invitation of nominations for the National Award, Pradhan Mantri Rashtriya Bal Puraskar (PMRBP) 2025, recognising outstanding achievements of children below 18 years of age (as of July 31, 2025) under 6 categories: Bravery, Social Service, Environment, Sports, Art & Culture, Science & Technology, has been made known to all the concerned.
It requested all the District departments to make special efforts to identify and nominate deserving/talented children, especially from weaker sections, SC/ST communities, girls and divyang persons, whose achievements merit national recognition.
