IPR Director exhorts employees to give their best

KOHIMA, October 22 (MExN): The two-day training on live sound management imparted to technicians of Information & Public Relations (IPR) Department at Conference Hall, Directorate of IPR, Kohima concluded on October 22, with Managing Director, Pheto Music & Film Academy, Dimapur, Kashito Kiba as the resource person.

Director, IPR, Er Z Tokishe Sema, addressing the culmination programme, exhorted the trainees to give their best in their service, stating that state employees salary alone accounts for nearly 80% of total budget of the State Government. Sema stated that now with stricter measures to streamline the workforce, they are among the fortunate few to get employment in the government sector.

He encouraged the trainees to make good use of the training provided and improve the service provided by the department at all levels in the State.

The trainees were imparted training on system configuration of live sound, learning external analogue processor, systems corrections and configuration, and technical handling and management of stage gears. The Director also handed over certificates to all the trainees after the successful completion of the training.
