IPR Director reiterates ‘No Work No Pay’

Mon, February 26 (MExN): The Director of Information & Public Relations Limawati Ao held a meeting with the staff of District Public Relations Officer at DPRO Office Mon on February 25.
Director expressed happiness to the staff of DPRO under Mon district where he came to see the ground reality and problems faced in the district. He advised the staff to be sincere in the works while performing the duties. He also mentioned that, ‘No Work No Pay’ which is a government standing order will be apply to those who is absenting in the office.
Informing the staffs he said that, apart from other office work, IPR has an important role in dissemination the information policies and activities of the government in the form of news. He called upon all to work harder and be sincere in order to get all information and happenings in the district.
Various issues and grievance faced by the DPRO office and other Information centres under Mon district were also highlighted to the Director.
The Director inspected the construction of DPRO office Mon where he expressed disappointment over the poor workmanship. “Correction is to be made before completing the works,” he added.
He visited International Trade Centre, Longwa on February 25 and paid visit to Aboi APRO office and Longching Information centre on February 26.
