DIMAPUR, AUGUST 20 (MExN): Indian Red Cross Society Nagaland State Branch conducted comprehensive first aid training sessions at Mt. Olive College, Kohima and Kohima-Mariani Transmission Limited, Zhadima, Kohima respectively on August 16 and 17.
On August 16, IRCSN hosted a successful first aid training session at Mt. Olive College, Kohima, where a diverse group of students were equipped with life-saving skills, a press release issued by IRSCN general secretary Akhale V. Khamo informed.
The training aimed to empower students with the knowledge and confidence to respond effectively in emergency situations. Participants learned critical techniques to provide immediate assistance and support until professional medical help arrives.
Building on this momentum, IRCSN extended their commitment to community well-being by conducting another training session on August at Kohima-Mariani Transmission Limited, Zhadima. The training was tailored for the employees of the company, ensuring that they are well-prepared to handle medical emergencies within the workplace.
