IWC Dimapur celebrates 6th installation

Dimapur, August 5 (MExN): Inner Wheel Club (IWC), Dimapur celebrated its 6th installation on August 4.
A press release issued by the club stated that after a formal session of collar changing by the outgoing Inner Wheel President, Neelam Sethi and the upcoming team President Pinki Agarwal. 

 President Pinki Agarwal; Secretary Sanjukta  Bhattacharjee; Treasurer Nidhi Modi; Editor Asha Sharma and ISO Shobha Jain, formed the new team of office bearers.

The release also stated that the members honored the parents who take care of the orphanage on a regular basis. The club members awarded a single mother who adopted a child from the orphanage and scholarship was given to an orphan child. 

 Further, the President Inner Wheel Club of Dimapur Pinki Agarwal mentioned about the various projects taken up by the team during the month of July in her Tenure. 

“They organized a blood donation camp, conducted a campaign for ‘Say no to plastic’ in Dimapur town, they also donated Eco-friendly bags to shopkeepers and Tree Plantation Etc,” the release stated.

Chandu Agarwal(Past District Governor of Rotary Dist:-3240)was the Installation Officer . He appreciated the works of the IWC Dimapur and said that Rotary will always support them. 

“Before winding up the session Club members celebrated Friendship Day by cutting cake and tying friendship bands on each other’s hand. The Inner Wheel Club, Dimapur is doing wonderful job in the field of social activity,” it added.
