
JALUKIE, FEBRUARY 28 (MExN): The College of Veterinary Sciences & AH, Jalukie will be extending veterinary care round the clock from March 1 including holidays through its Emergency and Critical Care Unit at its state of the art Veterinary Clinical Complex for the benefit of pets and farm animals.
This will be the first of its kind in the North East, informed a press release from Dr Captain G Dhanan Jaya Rao, Dean of the College.
Their “Vet Care on Wheels” initiatve for rural practice will become operational shortly and will be visiting nearby villages to provide Veterinary Care at the door steps of the pet and farm animal owners, which will also be first of its kind in the North East.
The college recently trained three Veterinary Officers of the State Veterinary Department in basic ultrasonography.
The Dean appreciated the encouragement and support received from the State Government, State Veterinary Department and the local leaders.
