JMC holds talk on class formation and social inequality

A “Talk on Class Formation, Social Inequality and the Nagas in North East India” was held at Jubilee Memorial College (JMC), Mokokchung on February 4.

Dr Andreas Kuechle, Independent Researcher, IAAW, Humboldt University, Berlin who gave the talk focused on the social inequality in Nagaland and the factors and cultural differentiation of the Nagas. 

It was based on the book published by Dr. Andreas Kuechle which is titled Class formation, Social Inequality and the Nagas in North-East India which is published by the Routledge, London and New York.

The talk was attended by Sociology honors and general students of Jubilee Memorial College, Mokokchung and was followed by an interactive session with the students. Dr Kuechle's book is available for purchase on Amazon.
