Kohima, July 29 (MExN): A job fair under the Ministry of Labour & Employment jointly organised and led by National Career Service for Centre for SC/ST Kohima and Regional Employment Exchange (MCC) Kohima, AIDA, Don Bosco Job Placement Network Dimapur, was held at Regional Employment Exchange Kohima (MCC), Directorate of Employment SDE, Kohima on July 29.
According to a DIPR report, RS Siipuni Pou, Sub-Regional Employment Officer, National Career Service for Centre for SC/ST Kohima, informed that such job fair are organised from time to time around the year to create a platform for job seekers across the state who are unemployed so as to employ them in different companies across the state and country. The candidates seeking for these jobs are first screened and interviewed before being employed.
Pou said that the job fair had five companies namely Chillibreeze, Talent Acquaintance, SBI Life, T Tec (online Interview) and Apex Motor Enterprise, Dimapur, conducting the interview to recruit a number of job seekers applying for recruitment.
