JoldiPabo Pvt Ltd marks 1st anniversary with new office

DIMAPUR, AUGUST 11 (MExN): JoldiPabo Pvt. Ltd., a startup in Nagaland's real estate tech industry, celebrated its first anniversary with the inauguration of its new office. 

The event, attended by Rev. Dr. Toniho Kiho, Pastor of Chekiye Village Baptist Church, along with other guests, who highlighted the company’s rapid growth and its significant contributions to the community.

The startup was founded by Atoho, who started JoldiPabo Pvt. Ltd. The platform offers online solutions for rental home searches, including options for hotels, paying guest accommodations, guest houses, resorts, and traditional rentals, all accessible through a user-friendly mobile app.

Hosheto Achumi, retired Transport Commissioner of Nagaland, commended the founder's dedication and the transformative journey of the startup. "The transformation in Atoho’s life is remarkable," Achumi remarked, urging the younger generation in Nagaland to follow in his footsteps by embracing entrepreneurship and becoming job creators rather than job seekers.

Y Ruth Muru, Deputy Commissioner of Police (HQ) Dimapur, emphasized the societal impact of JoldiPabo Pvt. Ltd., noting that the company has made real estate communications more accessible and streamlined for the public in an increasingly fast-paced world.

Nunesenuo Chase, Director of YouthNet, highlighted the startup's achievements and progress, expressing pride in its incubation at the YouthNet Incubation Centre. She also noted the company's success in winning the 2023 Technology Startup Competition organized by the Department of Technology & Communication (IT&C) and supported by STPI at the E-Naga Summit. Additionally, JoldiPabo Pvt. Ltd. was recognized as one of the Top 3 entrepreneurs from Nagaland at the MeitY TIDE 2.0 Northeast Techathon-X3 event, organized by IIM Calcutta Innovation Park in collaboration with YouthNet.
