Well, the classic animated story of Mowgli is back with a new live-action adventure directed by Jon Favreau, which is based on Rudyard Kipling’s timeless stories.

  ‘The Jungle Book’ trailer introducing 12-year-old Neel Sethi as Mowgli, shows the Indian-American boy running for his life while surviving among various species of animals in a jungle.   Well known Hollywood stars have lend their voices to the characters to make them come alive – the fearsome tiger Shere Khan (voice of Idris Elba), panther-turned-stern mentor Bagheera (voice of Ben Kingsley), the free-spirited bear Baloo (voice of Bill Murray), Kaa – a python (voice of Scarlett Johansson) and the smooth-talking King Louie (voice of Christopher Walken).   The all-star cast also includes Lupita Nyong’o as the voice of the fiercely protective mother wolf Raksha, and Giancarlo Esposito as the voice of wolf pack’s alpha male Akela. The live-action wild adventure is all set to hit the theatres on April 22.
