Juvenile Justice Board for four districts constituted

Kohima, July 23 (DIPR): The state government has informed, through a notification issued by the Social Welfare department, that a Juvenile Justice Board has been constituted in each of the four districts of Kohima, Dimapur, Phek and Peren, with immediate effect.

For Kohima district, the Chairman of the Board will be Nino Iralu, Addl. District & Session Judge FTC II and Judge, Family Court, Kohima Nagaland; Medovino Phizo, Angami Women Organisation president, as member secretary, and Kelhouneizo, Angami Students’ Union president, as member. For Dimapur district, the Chairman of the Board is Neichochiyi, Magistrate (1st Class) Dimapur; Nini Sekhose, Dimapur Ladies Club president, as member secretary, and Praveen Jain, Lions Club secretary, as member.

For Phek District, the Chairman of the Board is Zasevei Chakhesang, Magistrate (1st Class) Phek, Immunization Officer for Phek, Dr. Khriezoto Paphino, as member secretary, and Moze Nyekha, women pastor at Phek Baptist Church, as member. In Peren district, the Chairman of the Board is Addl. Deputy Commissioner, Judicial Magistrate Peren; Itsising, social worker at Peren town, as member secretary, and Neithing Reela Haokip (women member), social worker at Athibung, as member.
