Karbi Anglong, January 10 (MExN): The Karbi Anglong Nepali Students’ Union (KANSU) Bokajan District Committee held an executive meeting at Carmel Jyothi English Medium School, Karagoan Village, Karbi Anglong (Assam) on January 8.
The meeting was held under the leadership of KANSU Bokajan District Committee President, Prasad Rai, Vice President Chandan Pradhan, and Khim Chetri, General Secretary.
After a deliberate discussion and debate, the house resolved to distribute the portfolios to those who were inducted during the ‘extended meeting’ held on November 6, 2022 at Carmel Jyothi English Medium School, Karagoan.
The meeting also resolved to induct the members who were absent during the ‘extended meeting’ with valid reasons in presence of Ex-Deputy Chairman, Karbi-Anglong Autonomous Council, LN Subba, Chairman, NSP, Central Committee (Assam). Others who attended the meeting were Riwati Sharma, General Secretary, NSP (KAC), Baburam Lama, Organising secretary, NSP (KAC), Saligram Updhaya, President, NLCF, Central Committee, Jaikumar Rai, General Secretary, NLCF, Central committee, Basanta Chetri, General Secretary, KANSU, Central committee and Rashmi Subba, former president, KANSU, Central Committee.
