Peren, December 11 (MExN): The preparation for upcoming maiden Mini Hornbill at Ahthibung started on December 9. Kuki Artiste Organization Nagaland (KAON) launched the main event preparation. First phase of screening of cultural performances was held at Town hall, Ahthibung where 30 plus entries competed for selection to the finals, stated a press release from Kamsei Vaiphei, KAON.
Various bands and solo artistes were highlights of the event. Event was opened by Kamsei Vaiphei, oldest singer of KAON. Lamjakai Khongsai, President KAON welcomed the gathering for the event. Special guest from AR, Jalukie BN gave opening note and urged youths to raise the bar of performance and avail this opportunity to showcase the name of Ahthibung on state map.
