KAPO reaffirm its solidarity to Chakhesang tribe, CPO

Pfutsero, August 19 (MExN): The Khezha Area Public Organization (KAPO) during its ‘Consultative Meeting’ held on August 17 at Baptist Theological College Ground, Pfutsero has expressed its "unwavering manifest solidarity" to Chakhesang as a tribe and reaffirmed its utmost “integrity and allegiance” to the apex Chakhesang Public Organization (CPO).  

In its resolutions taken during the Consultative Meeting which was made available to the media, KAPO reaffirmed its solidarity to the expression of the coined nomenclature ‘Chakhesang’ which came into being on January 10, 1945 and the subsequent reaffirmed Resolutions of the CPO Nomenclature Committee dated 12/11/2012.  

The august house also declared that the nomenclature ‘Khezha Area Public Organization’ (KAPO) is the original and the legitimate apex body representing the ‘Khezha Area’ as incorporated and recognized under Article 7,(ii), (e) of the Constitution of Chakhesang Public Organization.  

“Hence, unless by a unanimous decision and in consonance with the existing constitution and rules, the title ‘Khezha’ and ‘Khezha Area’ remains the sole embodiment of the area fraternity under the umbrella of Khezha Area Public Organization since its inception to till date and will continue to do so,” the resolution stated.  

Further, the KAPO in its resolution declared that the originally recognized established Associations and its nomenclature such as Khezha Area Wrestling Association (KAWA) and Khezha Area Games and Sport’s Association (KAGSA) shall remain active and continue to function with full legitimacy.
