DIMAPUR, SEPTEMBER 1 (MExN): The Western Aghunato Area People’s Union (KATK) has acknowledged the prompt apprehension of the accused in the murder of Late Hozheto Yeputhomi on August 24 within 24 hours time by Dimapur police.
At the same time, the KATK has urged the law enforcing authority to establish strong murder case against the accused and immediately undertake charge-sheet within appropriate provisions of law without delay. Since the offence committed by the accused is non-bailable in nature, the judiciary, civil and police administration should never allow the killer to be bailed out after charge-sheeted under any circumstances, the KATK also stated.
