Wokha, November 21 (MExN): KAYAKALP External Assessment team led by Dr. Ritu Thurr, CMO Kohima, along with Dr. Toshimongla Longkumer DPM (QA) Kohima and Vethipralu Lohe, DPM (QA) Dimapur visited CHC Bhandari CHC Sanis on November 20 and culminated their visit on November 21 at Dr. Motsuo Memorial District Hospital.
The team checked on the availability and non-availability of resources, the boundary demarcation of the hospital, good practices adopted by the hospital staff, the bio- waste management of the hospital, the laboratory facilities etc.
The team had interactions with Rev. Khonbemo P Kikon Pastor, Wokha Town Baptist Church, Thungdemo President Team Metamorphosis (NGO) and members from Lotha Eloe Hoho Wokha.
KAYAKALP is a Government of India initiative to promote Cleanliness, Hygiene & Infection Control Practices at Hospital.
