Mon, February 9 (MExN): The Clean Election Movement was organized by Konyak Baptist Bumeinok Bangjum (KBBB) at Mission Centre Mon, under the banner ‘Let your vote define a better tomorrow’ on February 9. 

A DIPR report stated that during the event, Clean Election Movement Mon Convener, Nyamto said, ‘to promote the awareness of Clean Election, they have constituency wise Clean Election Movement Sub-Committee Convener/Co-Convener and Secretary.’

Deputy Commissioner & District Election Officer Mon, Ajit Kumar Verma, conveyed gratitude for their efforts and responsibility in carrying out this movement in Mon District. “It was not an easy job, but it has to be done for a better future,” he stated and encouraged a clean, free, and fair election with a peaceful environment. 

Superintendent of Police Mon encouraged cooperation with the Police and security personnel to conduct free and fair elections.  KBBB Executive Secretary, Chemyuh read out the guidelines for Clean Election to the members.
