Dimapur, August 10 (MExN): Kuzhami Baptist Church (KBC) Chümoukedima held a summer camp at Dzukou valley under the theme “Terhi TetsüKehli” from August 1 to 3.
A press release issued stated that altogether there were 36 campers. The resource speakers for the summer camp were Rev Obed Marhu, Welhipe-üMedo (Women Pastor) and Meyie- ü Mero (Manager, Processing and Quality Control).
Rev Obed Marhu motivated the youth to take responsibility in achieving one’s goal. Meyie- ü Mero encouraged on standing firm on God’s purposes. “One who seeks knowledge and wisdom must be smart and intelligent”, Welhipe- ü Medo said. She also stated that “the real education is not your degree but the real education is your behavior,” added the release.
“The members of KBCC Youth had a fruitful spiritual camp. The youth also had a wonderful time exploring the creation of God. The scenic view and flowers blooming added more meaning in understanding his majestic work,” the release added.
