The Kohima District Football Association (KDFA) has announced the first phase of the selection list of the Kohima district team for the upcoming Dr T Ao Trophy.
The first phase, consisting 35 players, were selected from four teams (Nurturing Youngsters, Tsütuonuomia Youth Organization, Mez & Co and Sechü Zubza FC) during the recently concluded 1st Atuo Mezhür Sekhose Super League 2026, organized by the KDFA.
The selection committee comprises- Kevilebei Zashiimo, Vizovor Liezietsu and Pezavituo George Vizo.
From Nurturing Youngsters: Mhashe Lcho, Menguzelie Rutsa, Vikuto Tase and Neikethozo Siamvü.
Tsütuonuomia Youth Organization: Ruokuovolie Phewhuo, Thejangulie Suohu, Menuokhrielie Thapa, Atenjenba, Mhasilhoukho Chietsü and Mathew Thapa.
Mez & Co: Neikethozo Yhome, Kevichütuo Kire, Noulevituo Pienyü, Kevizolie Kin, Thejangulie Zatsu, Neihelie Mepfhüo, Neisede Peseyie, Rüünguzo Nagi, Menoneikho Nakhro, Rodovie Roshimai, Mecievi Khieya and Petevizo Kezieo.
Sechü Zubza FC: Megolhoukho Zhünyü, Kekhrieletuo Tsira, Kezhaletuo Phewhuo, Aneizo M. Suokhrie, Thejasevi K. Kuotsu, Neikedozo Tsira, Rokoselie Rhitso, Kevisanyü Peseyie, Kevisekho Miasalhou, Rüüngulie Zhünyü, Thejavizo Peseyie, Keviyiekiezo Rhatsu and Metsilhuzo Rino.
