The Kohima District Volleyball Association (KDVA) today observed its 17th Foundation Day at Angami Morung, Kisama.
During business hour, it has decided to organize KDVA Open Tournament 2022 in the first week of November at Kohima.
From this year onwards, there will be no player restrictions. It will be opened to all, it resolved.
It also resolved to organize volleyball referee clinic during the last week of September this year.
Teisobou Sekhose, joint director, Directorate of Youth Resources & Sports Nagaland and advisor KDVA exhorted the gathering.
KDVA president Visasielie Suhu delivered presidential address.
Thepfuvituo Kiso, pastor TCP Fellowship Kigwema invoked God’s blessing while Esther Kemp presented a special number.
Earlier, the programme was chaired by KDVA technical secretary Mhalevilie Kere while vote of thanks was proposed by Mhalelhou Mere.
