Kohima, Oct 14 (MExN): The Tenyimi Peoples’ Organization central office bearers which held an emergency meeting on October 11 at Kohima entrusted Vice President (elect) Keku Zeliang to take the charge of President TPO with immediate effect until the TPO executive council elect a full fledged President. The decision was made as per Article XIII of the TPO constitution, which stated that in case of resignation or death of the incumbent president, the Vice President (elect) will take charge of president. This was necessitated following the sudden demise of TPO president Late Z.M.Sekhose who passed away on October 6 last, according to a release issued by TPO general secretary Benjamin Lorin.
