Kichilimi Baptist Church members and others during the pre-events held to mark the commencement of centenary jubilee year.
Kohima, Jan 11 (MExN): To mark the commencement of centenary jubilee year, the Kichilimi Baptist Church in collaboration with the village councils has prohibited hunting and fishing, in any form, in the village jurisdiction.
The media team of Kichilimi Baptist Church in a press release stated that to mark the jubilee year, the member of the Church conducted fasting, prayers, and various related activities on January 6 and 7.
The Kichilimi Baptist Church, affiliated to SABAK, Pughoboto, will be celebrating 100 years of its formation on December 28 to 29, 2024. Shikashe Chishi, Pastor, hoisted the Jubilee Flags; Rev Dr Kivito Achumi, Director, DAHC, and Dr Kalito H Kiho, Principal, Government College, Zunheboto, dedicated and inaugurated the Jubilee Memorial Pastor’s residence.
Hoshito Assumi, Jubilee Planning Board Chairman, exhorted the gathering. The members of the church requested prayer from one and all for the grand success of the programme.
