Kiphire, July 17 (MExN): Kiphire District COVID-19 Welfare Committee donated Rs 25000 to District Hospital, Kiphire (DHK) in the presence of Dr Tiakumzuk Sangtam, Medical Officer, DHK on July 15.
During an interaction, a press release from the CMO office Kiphire stated that the committee expressed appreciation to DHK in its fight against COVID-19, as Kiphire is the only district without a positive case in Nagaland till date. They gave their word to cooperate with the DHK in whatever capacity they can while assuring to extend helping hand in the future if any need arises from the hospital.
Meanwhile, the DHK acknowledged the committee for their gesture and said that their words of appreciation and encouragement play a big role in boosting the morale in the hospital’s continued fight against COVID-19.
