Kiphire leaders/NGOs declare on April 28 incident

As per the coordination meeting of Political Parties, Tribal Hohos and NGOs  which was held on April 29  at the residence of C.Kipili Sangtam Parliamentary Secretary Power, regarding the 28 April 2013 incident  the three point agreement is reached and they are as follows,

1.     The joint Forum of GBs and DBs, Ward Chairmen, Kiphire Town Tribal Apex Bodies, Political Parties(NPF, INC, BJP) condemn Captain Vinod of 7 AR Kiphire and few of his unrefined soldiers for their highly irresponsible and unwarranted behavior leading to Sunday incident of public unrest and widespread damage of public properties including burning down of DC’s residence.
2.     The aforesaid prominent leaders also condemn culprits involved in the mob attacked. The ghastly act has brought irreparable loss and shame to the reputation of peace loving Kiphire.
3.     All section of leaders/public tenders an apology to the Deputy Commissioner Kiphire Kesonyu Yhome (IAS) as well as to the Government of Nagaland for this unfortunate incident that was happened on 29 April 2013.
