Kiphire, July 22 (MExN): The Kiphire District Private Schools Society (KDPSS) had a general meeting at El-Beth School, Kiphire on July 21. KDPSS President and Principal of Holy Cross School, Thomas Mathew reviewed the last meeting’s minute and decided to award highest scorer from the district in the HSLC exam 2017. The president also encouraged the members gathered to help each other for the upliftment of the society and for the students. The members present shared the need to organize more programmes so that the students and the members can come closer. Therefore, a decision was made to organize volleyball tournament on September 9 and cultural exposure programme on September 30. As part of social initiative, the members also decided to construct toilet in the town in consultation with the authority concerned as the town does not have public toilet.
