Kiphire, September 10 (MExN): Educated Unemployed Bloc-cum-Yellow Chain Kiphire was inaugurated by MLA and DPDB chairperson T Yangseo Sangtam on September 8 at DC Ward, Kiphire.
During the inauguration programme, the MLA said that government jobs were not the only options for survival and that there are many opportunities and avenues for self-reliant and skill development entrepreneurship. As such, he encouraged the youths to create opportunities for themselves.
The programme was attended by T Kirithong Sangtam, Secretary & Convenor, Central Executive Board In-charge of Kiphire Region, NDPP, party leaders, officers, various NGOs and civil societies, a press release informed on Wednesday.
