KL Pamei has a message in ‘Better Man,’ releases new music video

The very tall, calm and one of fan’s favourite music artists, KL Pamei has released the song titled ‘Better Man’ on Friday evening. 

In a brief interview with The Morung Express, KL Pamei said that he wrote this song two years back and started performing it since then. “It was one of the songs that stood out from the rest of my unreleased songs and people gave a very positive ear to it,” he said. 

“Better man” is a song that emphasises on the term “being a better person for someone you love.”

“I really believe that pure love has the power to change someone. Before trying to find the right person, be the right one yourself,” the artist said. 

Talking about the creative process for the production of ‘Better Man,’ Pamei said that it was one of the songs that came out very naturally. “It almost reminds me of “Zianmei” because I feel it has similar vibe and feel to it. Overall it was fun writing and working on it,” he added. 

The music video features Tengam Celine Koyu, Miss Arunachal Pradesh 2021 and finalist of Miss Femina India 2022. Celine is also an actress by profession and has been a part of various Theatre Plays, films and series. Pamei gave a big shoutout to Mhathung from The Black M for the suit and Zuchan Kithan from Zuch Couture for the dress.

On the technical aspects, Pamei said that the video was filmed and shot by team San Production, edited by Sanen and later final edited and coloured by Kohdi Jings. Audio was produced by Kevi Pucho at Element Indie Studio - Wangshi (Guitarist), Augustine (Bassist), Akok (keys), Alino (B. Vocal)

“I want to thank Kevi Pucho for being a tremendous support in this project. Also thanking my dear friends with whom it was all made possible! Bipeni, Konei, Yanger, Mhonjan, Achu,” he added. 

On an exciting note for all the fans, the artist has disclosed that a full length album is coming and is set to be release this year. “Thank You” is the name of the album, he disclosed.
