Kohima, November 26 (MExN): The Kohima Municipal Council (KMC) has reiterated its earlierappeal letter of October 22 for a facelift of Kohima city in lieu of the forthcoming Hornbill festival followed by Christmas & New year 2018. The KMC has once again appealed to all the wards, house/building owners and the business communities to cooperate and take up painting, decoration and illumination with festivity lights in their respective ward, shop, building and house on or before November 30.
